Can I just shoot him? PLEASE!?!

This is the pile of tape hanger I removed and have to replace. There are 18 of them.
I'm off to the feed store. For hangers and bullets...

Only if I can shoot my Molly, who wrecked 300' of fencing the last time she was in season, trying to get to the grass on the other side of the pasture. She's so smart she even figured out how to drain the solar charger for the electric fencing!

THAT is why my charger is electric. Trouble is, it was plugged into a GFCI that had tripped. HE KNOWS! I swear he does!!

Which "he" is this? Poor little Bullwinkel? (O: He sure did a number on things!
Maybe next year he will be a better boy!

Poor "little" Bullwinkle??? The snot is 16 hands already and won't be 3 yrs old until late May! He was bored and got into mischief. It always scares me because I expect to find blood and cuts, but he never does. He just takes the tape down. This fence was between he and Jazzy - who doesn't even like him...

Oh boy, what a mess. This stunt reminds me of an incident at my best friends house this summer. There was an ad in a local paper looking to rehome 2 geldings for free. So my best friends husband called and talked to the guy and it turns out that the place they were keeping them for the last 5 yrs didnt want them there over the winter this year, so he had to let them go cause he couldnt afford board. BUT he has 40 acres that he bought this summer, just hasnt gotten it fenced yet and theres no water, electric to the lot. SOO after talking to him, we decided that we would take them in for the winter, train them, (5 and 7 yrs old) and in exchange, we would be able to use part of the pasture this next summer for free. So my best friends go and get the "boys". OMG they are both over 16 hands, not lacking in the grocery department at all, infact are a little on the fat side. My best friend has chickens, ducks and geese, and the geese rule the entire farm. Well, it turns out, these boys have never ever seen anything but eachother and dogs. They see the geese and FREAK OUT and I mean freak, OMG that thing is going to eat me freak out. 2 days after they arrived, it was goose feeding time and instead of walking out of the pasture and across the yard, they (they geese)
decided it would be fun to walk thru the dirt lot we had the boys in and the 7 yr old completely came out of his skin and took out the 4 strands of smooth wire fence, 4 wooden poles AND 3 strands of electric fence in 2 different places to get away from the geese. We so wanted to shoot him at that point. By some 7th wonder, he didnt even get a scratch. I thought for sure he cut himself to hell and back, but not even a welt. They have an understanding with the geese now, after we put them in with my friends mellow, would never know if you didnt know them that they were studs who could care less about the geese. As long as there is 10 ft between them and the geese they are good.
