Maybe the vet can tell you something when he comes out.Katharine Swanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16805523619692744514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283889904866601329.post-21418466402149120802009-08-30T12:35:07.308-07:002009-08-30T12:35:07.308-07:00Not crusty. My initial though was skin cancer, but learned it is prevalent in grey horses, and appear primarily under the tails, the genitals, and around the eyes. Beau just has it on his hip. Perhaps the start of one on the side of his belly.Karen Vhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03905570178257490375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283889904866601329.post-87564238608865631332009-08-30T11:52:19.150-07:002009-08-30T11:52:19.150-07:00Thanks, I couldn't tell from the closeup. It was gone a few days ago, and I didn't see any signs of bleeding or pus, just a black spot of new skin. Really weird. I have no idea what it is. It might not have been the same thing as what Beau has.Dressagerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04849960430806754249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3283889904866601329.post-23603765452297706592009-08-29T15:35:38.131-07:002009-08-29T15:35:38.131-07:00I wish I could offer some advice but I have no ide...I wish I could offer some advice but I have no idea... it looks like a mole or tick or something...
